Johan is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovation leader with over two decades of experience developing and scaling small and medium-sized enterprises. As the founder and CEO of Society Rebells & Fabric AB, he has spearheaded initiatives to promote entrepreneurship and foster innovation ecosystems throughout Sweden.

His extensive background includes key roles at the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), CONNECT Sweden, and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt Näringsliv), where he has played a vital role in bridging academia, industry, and entrepreneurs.

Johan’s entrepreneurial journey began in the 1990s with the development of Sweden’s Young Enterprise (Ung Företagsamhet) program, establishing a foundation for his lifelong commitment to empowering founders and innovators.

At Prosper Ventures, Johan will bring strategic insight, hands-on entrepreneurial experience, and a deep understanding of innovation processes to help our portfolio companies unlock growth, build resilient organizations, and scale successfully in dynamic markets.
