Daniel Smirat brings extensive experience in Management & Strategy, encompassing both public and private sectors. He specializes in organizational development and has a strong background in the gemstone industry. As a senior consultant and executive coach, Daniel focuses on strategic management, commercialization of new enterprises, and project management, with additional expertise in internationalization and start-ups.

Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from Luleå University of Technology. He is fluent in Swedish and Arabic, with a high proficiency in English, and holds both Swedish and US citizenship.

In addition to his role at Prosper Ventures, Daniel serves as the CEO of Gemometrics and is the Vice-Chair of the Municipal Assembly in the City of Luleå. Within Prosper Ventures, he works primarily within the service area of Management & Strategy, driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and growth.
