Jakob Kær Bille Krogh Nielsen is a seasoned professional in the Danish real estate sector, with extensive experience in various leadership roles across Europe and the US. He has held key positions such as Team Lead of PFA Pension’s international portfolio team and Chief Portfolio Manager at Danica Pension, along with serving as Associate Director at PATRIZIA Multi Managers.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Strategic Management from the Copenhagen Business School, where he also contributed as an External Lecturer, focusing on real estate private equity, company valuation, and international finance.

Jakob has been actively involved on numerous Boards of Directors, Advisory Boards, and Investment Committees, reflecting his deep engagement in the investment community. He is also a prominent figure in the Danish start-up ecosystem.
