Joakim started his professional life as a youth politician and a civil servant, advising the Secretary General of the Nordic Council of Ministers. In 1999 he joined Municel, at the time one of Result’s daughter companies, as MD. After that  Joakim have been working with evaluations, marketing analysis, helping companies establish themselves on the Finnish market, PR assignments and other internationalization projects for numerous clients.

He has also have worked with companies like XING, Bidster, Bayer, Ladbrokes, Paysafecard, Netric Sales, Vendemore, tori.fi (Blocket), Retimeadvertising and e-mail marketing through Corerelations, a pan-nordic company that worked with one of the best e-mail marketing tools in the world, Exacttarget/Salesforce.

Over the years he have also been involved in different evaluation project for the government. Joakim also has a very good investment network in Finland.
