Johan Carlstedt is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovation leader with more than two decades of experience in developing and scaling small and medium-sized enterprises. As the founder and CEO of Society Rebells & Fabric AB, Johan has spearheaded initiatives to promote entrepreneurship and foster innovation ecosystems across Sweden.

With a strong foundation in business development, Johan has held key roles at the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), CONNECT Sweden, and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt Näringsliv), where he has actively contributed to building bridges between academia, industry, and entrepreneurs.

His entrepreneurial journey began in the 1990s through the development and growth of Sweden’s Young Enterprise (Ung Företagsamhet) program, laying the groundwork for his lifelong commitment to empowering founders and innovators.
