Throughout his career, Mats has played a pivotal role in shaping Sweden’s innovation landscape. At IDEON Science Park, one of the country’s foremost hubs for science and technology, he provided strategic analysis and growth support to more than 40 companies and served as an official delegate to the Swedish Government — demonstrating his commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems.

Mats combines extensive business acumen with deep expertise in Social and Behavioral Sciences. He is certified in multiple psychometric tools, including the Jung Type Index, and is the creator of influential methods such as Tjänstekvalitet 2000 and the Level 5 Personality/Ambition Test for senior executives.
